    For beginners to experienced practitioners. Slower paced and focused on alignment, while still offering opportunities for challenge. Props and modifications offered to be accessible for every body.

  • Level 2

    These classes hit the sweet spot for people looking to sweat and build muscular strength at an easy to follow pace through repetition. Props are used for support and also to increase physical challenge.

  • Level 2-3

    Move and groove with fun challenging flows! Great for experienced practitioners who enjoy a challenging hot and sweaty practice with complex transitions at a quicker pace.

This is my first time doing yoga (on a regular basis) and I’m loving it!
