These classes hit the sweet spot for people looking to sweat and build muscular strength at an easy to follow pace through repetition. Props are used for support and also to increase physical challenge.

Move and groove with fun challenging flows! Great for experienced practitioners who enjoy a challenging hot and sweaty practice with complex transitions at a quicker pace.
