Yoga Lab offers a wide range of classes for new to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re looking for a workout, time to relax, yoga philosophy, meditation, or even a yoga class followed by a healthy lunch, Yoga Lab has a class for you! Check out our unique offerings with different class levels to indicate the level of physical challenge that can be expected in the class. Classes with the YACEP stamp even count towards Continuing ED hours for yoga teachers (just email the teacher for a certificate if needed).
